Our Live Group Fitness Classes are suitable for all fitness and ability levels.  We do our best to accommodate every age... and every stage - making it a safe, effective and fun workout for ALL!

 

It is recommended you consult with your Doctor before starting any exercise program.

Please inform your instructor prior to your class if you have any limitations, injuries or concerns.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU HAVE THE SAFEST & MOST EFFECTIVE WORKOUT FOR YOU!

 

Progressions and regressions for fitness techniques are demonstrated during classes, but more detailed instruction can be provided for you before or after class.  Please pay attention to your body, know your limitations and also if you want more intensity, make sure you are following instruction for safety!

If you are not feeling well, or feeling faint, please immediately sit down and inform the instructor, or let someone know to immediately inform the instructor on your behalf if you are unable to.

If you need to leave class early for any reason, please inform your instructor.

REMINDER- THESE ARE ADULT CLASSES  AND MUSIC IS GEARED TOWARD ADULTS. MUSIC IS TURNED UP AND MAY HAVE SUGGESTIVE LYRICS/LANGUAGE AT TIMES. 

 

WE MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDED DECIBELS FOR SAFETY IN GROUP FITNESS (95 MAX IF INSTRUCTOR IS USING A MIC).  SOME WEAR EAR PLUGS SO THAT THEY CAN ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE OF A LOUDER CLASS AND THAT IS TOTALLY OK!  WE HAVE DISPOSABLE EARPLUGS AVAILABLE AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE FOR YOUR USE AND CONVENIENCE!!!

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME TO COME TO THE STUDIO - PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY ON CHILDREN FOR MORE INFORMATION!!  CHILD WATCH/A SITTER CAN BE ARRANGED FOR YOU FOR ONLY $2 PER CHILD PER CLASS!!  WE HAVE AN AREA FOR CHILDREN WITH BOOKS, TOYS AND SPACE FOR THEM TO PLAY.  WE ALSO HAVE FREE WI-FI FOR USE OF TABS/DEVICES.  CHILDREN 10 AND OLDER ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS - BUT ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING AROUND OR DISRUPTING CLASS.   THANK YOU!
