Zoe Curtis

Zoe is the owner of ZOE Fitness. She is an experienced Group Fitness Instructor, specializing in POUND Rockout Workout, ZUMBA fitness, and many other formats.

​

She has a background of many years of dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading... both as a performer/athlete and as a Coach. She has been teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years and also has many years experience coaching clients with Online Bootcamps focusing on nutrition, weight loss, mindset and at home fitness.

She’s led classes all over Upstate New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina and virtually all over the US for many gyms, facilities, private groups, organizations and charity events.

 

She specializes in offering group fitness classes for organizations and corporations in person or online (via ZOOM)
